This EPC project was executed for a steel metallurgy enterprise producing color-coated galvanized steel coils. The production process requires purified water and cooling water, and generates heavy-metal wastewater with a COD between 4,000-6,000 mg/L. Our scope covered the entire project lifecycle: from initial planning and detailed design, to skid-mounted equipment prefabrication, site construction, commissioning, and final client handover. The treated wastewater stably meets the stringent Grade 1A discharge standard, and the system has been officially accepted by the client.
