The system treats a feed flow of 6m³/h, achieving a concentrated brine TDS of ≥180,000mg/L and a dilute stream TDS of ≤10,000mg/L. Utilizing homogenous membrane electrodialysis with original imported membrane stacks, the ED installation is capable of recovering and reusing concentrated acidic waste. This solution not only resolves the challenge of treating high-concentration wastewater but also generates significant economic value through resource reclamation.
